Jon C. Moyle, Jr. Professional Summary:

Jon Moyle was born in Tallahassee in 1962, graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history in 1984 and received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1987. He practices in the areas of governmental and legislative relations, administrative law and civil litigation. After attending the University of Florida on a football scholarship, receiving four varsity letters and being recognized as the outstanding student-athlete in the class of 1984, Jon enjoyed a successful litigation practice with a large Miami law firm. He returned to Tallahassee in 1991 and served in the Chiles administration as Legislative Affairs Director. He practiced for fifteen years in Tallahassee with his father and a prominent West Palm Beach law firm (Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, Breton, White & Krasker, P.A.) prior to forming the Moyle Law Firm, P.A. Jon is a member of The Florida Bar, and a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and Leadership Florida. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Florida. Jon has received an "AV®" Peer Review Rating™ from Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest such rating awarded. Jon serves on a number of local and state boards. He and his wife, Serena, are active in the Tallahassee community, and have three children.

Robert A. Weiss Professional Summary:

For the past several years, Bob has concentrated his practice in certificate of need cases involving proposals for new acute hospitals. He has successfully represented St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa in obtaining approval to construct two new hospitals in Hillsborough County, Florida, and Martin Memorial Hospital in obtaining approval to construct a new hospital in St. Lucie County, Florida. Most recently, he represented St. Joseph's Hospital in reversing the Agency for Health Care Administration's preliminary approval of a new hospital proposed by HCA, Inc. in Hillsborough County, Florida. Other representative clients include Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Halifax Hospital Medical Center, Baptist Health South Florida, Morton Plant Hospital, Mease Hospital, and St. Anthony's Hospital.
